Expected Behaviour
Please be respectful, use verified contact details responsibly, arrive prepared, and keep exchanges focused on language practice.
Not Allowed
Harassment, spam, commercial solicitation, romantic or dating solicitation, impersonation, and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.
Reporting
To report a concern, reply to any email Language Pairs has sent you — your sign-in email or a match introduction. Replies go directly to the administrators, who review every report. Accounts may be blocked, suspended, or removed from matching where needed.
Contact Outside the Platform
Matches communicate by verified email address. Please do not pressure anyone to move to another channel.
