Who can sign up?
You can sign up if your currently affiliated university is enabled for Language Pairs and your role is allowed for the selected university route.
How are matches chosen?
Matches must be reciprocal: each person offers a language the other person wants to practise. Scarcer compatible languages are considered first.
How do partners communicate?
Matched users contact each other directly by verified email address. Language Pairs does not host chat.
Can I pause matching?
Yes. You can update your profile after signing in and pause future matching when you are not ready to be introduced.
How do I report a problem or get help?
Reply to any email Language Pairs has sent you — your login email or a match introduction. Replies go directly to the administrators.
